What we do for homes
Whether you’re interested in a new roof or need service on the one you have, here’s what we handle.
Roof repairs
Wear and tear, extreme weather and falling objects all take a toll. Problems start small and get worse quickly if you don’t act. Tile or any other material, we fix it.
Re-roofing
We always check whether the tiles on your existing roof can be saved first, which saves money and time. Then we repair what’s damaged, replace rotted plywood and install a new covering on a solid base.
Maintenance and inspection
Tile roofs are a great choice, but they need to be checked and maintained. An inspection is the best way to find a leak early, when the repair is quicker and costs less. Ask us about a maintenance schedule.
Emergency roof repairs
We can often be there within a few hours. Some repairs take a couple of hours; some take days, depending on the damage. Either way, you have someone you can count on.
New roofs
When repair stops making sense, we install a new roof in tile, shingle or slate, with excellent warranties on the work and materials.
Roof coatings
For flat and low-slope sections, a coating protects against water and sun and adds years to the roof.
A word about commercial roofing
Every commercial property has to be safe, secure and presentable. Whatever the project on your building, we can get it done, and help you choose the right materials (tile, shingle, concrete or metal) from high-quality suppliers.

Residential roofing questions
How often should my tile roof be inspected?
Once a year is a good habit, plus after any big storm. Tile itself lasts a long time, but the underlayment and flashing under it wear out, and an inspection catches that before it leaks.
Can you save my existing tile?
Often, yes. We always check first. If the tile is in good shape, we lift it, replace what’s under it, and reset it, replacing only the broken pieces.
How fast can you come for an emergency?
We can often be there within a few hours. Call 949.374.2628.
Do I need a new roof or a repair?
A repair fixes the area that failed. A replacement starts over down to the roof deck. If the problems are isolated, repair; if they’re everywhere, replacing is usually cheaper over time. We’ll show you which one you’re looking at.
How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on the size of the roof, the material and how complex the job is. We look first and give you a free written estimate for labor and materials, so you know the number before we start.
