Where We Work
From our Costa Mesa shop, we’ve kept Southern California homes dry since 1945. Orange County is home, and we work across Los Angeles and San Diego County too.

Orange County first, Southern California wide
Crank has worked out of the same building on Commercial Way in Costa Mesa since 1945. Most of our work is in Orange County, from Huntington Beach to San Clemente, and a lot of it comes from repeat customers and their neighbors.
We also take on deck, roofing and waterproofing jobs across Los Angeles and San Diego County. Pick your city below, or call 949.374.2628 and tell us where the house is.

Beyond Orange County
Los Angeles is a big part of our work, especially decks and balconies over living space and hillside homes. See our Los Angeles page, or the one for LA decks.
San Diego County too: if your home is south of San Clemente, call us. Same crews, same systems, same standards.
We don’t build on bad bones. We’d rather lose a bid than put new work on top of an old problem.

How a job works
We look first
We inspect the roof, deck or balcony, and open it up where we need to see what’s underneath.
We show you
You get photos of what we found and a plain explanation of what’s wrong and why.
Free written estimate
What the job needs, what it costs, and what’s optional. You decide from there.
Done by the book
One manufacturer’s system from start to finish, and we stand behind the work.
